90s Kid and Captain Finevoice arrived right on time. Snob had found a small, out-of-the-way room where he hoped no one would find them.

Snob gasped. His mind was reeling and he barely got out of the way of the door in time for it to fly open and for Ask That Guy to storm out. Snob stood by the wall, breathing hard, before Critic exited the room, his shoulders shaking, and headed back towards the royal wing. Snob followed, still invisible.

Snob took his post at midnight as ordered. The castle was quiet, no sounds but the muffled footsteps of the guards as they changed shifts.
